The complimentary afternoon tea was a good highlight, and the room was spacious with big windows letting in natural light. It exceeded my expectations after my last visit to the city, as the cleanliness and newness added to the overall experience.

The room was airy and good sized with a large bathtub - we loved it. An electric kettle and fridges were a big plus.

The staff was genuinely helpful and extremely friendly and our experience was such wonderful overall. The standard double room was airy and perfect for what we needed. The bed was comfortable; and there was a bathtub. Its location was excellent, very close to everything, and in a historic area. Had tea and goodies at The Cheesecake Factory, nestled 1 km of the hotel...

Spacious and clean rooms, perfect for exploring the historic quarter just across the street. The staff is friendly, and the afternoon tea is a good treat. While the beds and pillows are a bit firm, the location and overall experience make it a great place to stay.

This hotel offers amazing value for the price! The location is perfect, right next to the Bikan Historical Area and just a short walk from the train station. The spacious room was a highlight, featuring a large bathtub. And the afternoon tea upon arrival was sensational—great presentation and delicious.

Noise from neighboring rooms totally disrupted sleep!!! Missing basic facilities like safety box, drinking glasses, and waste baskets were disappointing!!! Possibly helpful to provide clearer information on amenities!!!

Enjoyed the complimentary afternoon tea and the hotel's pristine condition. The location is perfect, just a stone's throw from the historical quarter. Staff were friendly and English-speaking made communication easy. Just note that it's a 10-minute walk from the train station, so pack light!

I was so impressed with my Superior Twin Room with Afternoon Tea! The room was not only spacious but also meticulously clean. Being within walking distance to the Bikan Historical Quarter made exploring so easy and fun!

We loved that the hotel was in pristine condition with no wear and tear. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the historic district and the train station. The self-service laundry and ice maker were also convenient for our biking needs.

Access to the historical area was a major plus, though carrying luggage from the train station could be a hassle due to the 10-minute walk.

The location is great, just next door to a convenient store and the historic area. Kurashiki Bikan Historical district deserves to be explored.
