The staff was genuinely helpful and extremely friendly and our experience was such wonderful overall. The standard double room was airy and perfect for what we needed. The bed was comfortable; and there was a bathtub. Its location was excellent, very close to everything, and in a historic area. Had tea and goodies at The Cheesecake Factory, nestled 1 km of the hotel...

Spacious and clean rooms, perfect for exploring the historic quarter just across the street. The staff is friendly, and the afternoon tea is a good treat. While the beds and pillows are a bit firm, the location and overall experience make it a great place to stay.

We loved that the hotel was in pristine condition with no wear and tear. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the historic district and the train station. The self-service laundry and ice maker were also convenient for our biking needs.
The beds in our room were firm, making for an uncomfortable sleeping experience.

The spacious room featured two large windows, providing ample natural light. Afternoon tea was a highlight, with high-quality sweet treats that was so great. While the breakfast was convenient, it lacked variety, being pre-packed. Access to the historical area was a major plus, though carrying luggage from the train station could be a hassle due to the 10-minute walk.
